Es bietet ein hochwertiges Doppel-Boxspringbett, Schrank, Tisch u. Stuhl, "hospitality tray", einen großen Flachbild-Fernseher und natürlich Highspeed-WLan sowie ein modernes, eigenes kleines Bad. Unweit der Unterkunft gibt es einen Bäcker, zwei Cafés, ein Bio-Laden und mehrere gute Restaurants und nette kleine Läden.

Hi Leute, ich vermiete mein 1-Zimmer-Appartment im 4. Stock mit Balkon und Aufzug in Stuttgart Mitte unter. Die Wohnung hat ein neues 1,60m breites Bett und eine neue kleine Küche sowie ein seperates Tageslichtbad. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Da es sich um ein normales Wohnhaus handelt müssen entsprechend der Hausordnung Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden. Keine Partys! Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden aber nächster Waschsalon ganz in der Nähe. Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Se puede llegar al centro/Schlossplatz en 10 minutos a pie. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas en las inmediaciones.

If you are looking for a well-located, functional and clean place to stay, our simple little apartment is just right for you. Please note that Stuttgart is hilly. The apartment is very close to the main train station, but significantly higher. We therefore advise against walking from there with luggage, as the difference in altitude is approx. 100m.
