This is a second floor, private 1-bedroom unit 4-5 miles north of downtown MPLS. We are close to many restaurants. There is a private flat roof deck right outside the entry. Rental includes access to shared fire pit and grill. Shared laundry is available upon request at basement level which is accessed from outside of the second floor unit. The first floor is a private unit in which we reside.
