Modern beach loft, designed with taste. The loft's expansive sea views and modern amenities make it a perfect romantic getaway. The Loft is situated in Sumartin, a beautiful sleepy fishing village. 100 meters from a peaceful beach. Quite evening strolls into the village, and buzzing morning cafes with locals, makes for a beautiful European getaway. Center of the place, where one can find few restaurants, post office, supermarket, caffe bars, is about 850 meters. Walking distance - 10 minutes.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment is located 5km from Bol, It is placed in Murvica, a peaceful escape from all the city noise, and a village with the most beautiful beach. It is located on the hill and it takes 3 minutes of walking to get to the house from parking. If you are in need of beautiful nature, breathtaking view and a place to rest your soul, this is for you. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dining table and sitting area (100m2).

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
