Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Set in a beautiful area with a crystal-clear lake for bathing just 200 m away, with a nature reserve surrounding it. Sea dock ~700 m. 30 minutes to Stockholm by Waxholm boat, bus or car.

Modern and tasteful apartment for two

Modern apartment with balcony 15 minutes drive from central Stockholm. Located in quiet and newly built Ursvik, close to nature reserves and public transportation. Paid parking on the street, grill, Wi-Fi and all expected amenities. It is actually four rooms but it is rented out as a 2 room apartment. The children's bedrooms are locked and not accessible for guest. We decided to rent out this nice apartment as we spend most of the summer in our summer house in the countryside.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
