Leah was very responsive and helpful throughout my parents’ stay at her house. The place was really spacious and had a beautiful backyard. Would recommend anyone else looking to stay near MV downtown to book here.

The house is very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need ( pots, dishes, flatware, glasses, coffee maker, beach towels and more) very spacious, lots of couches to relax on and visit. Easy self check in. We really enjoyed it being walkable to Poplar Beach and the coastal walking trail. Quiet and private neighborhood. Lots of parking. Short drive to good restaurants . Mary-Anne was very responsive. We would recommend a stay here and we would stay here again.

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great stay in Felton! The location was perfect, peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to Santa Cruz. The house was clean and comfortable, and Jessica was fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Super nice house, everything clean, big spaces, we were only for one day, wish we were in te area for more days but it was a short road trip. For sure next time we will book for more days. Really nice neighborhood, super calm.

Don & Lori are such incredible hosts! Our trip ended up being shorter than anticipated, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I was traveling with my dog & foster dog and the park across the street was so perfect! The neighborhood was so peaceful and walkable and we had such a peaceful night’s rest. The home felt like staying with a family member and had so many great touches of home and the hosts communication was exceptional. I arrived late in the dark & they put out a welcome sign for me so I knew I was in the right place. Highly recommend and will def stay here again when I come back for a longer workshop!

Nice walking distance to shops and restaurants, but in a quieter space

We had a great stay at Rainee’s apartment. It was spacious, very clean, and just like the pictures. The location is quiet, safe, and close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in instructions were super clear. Rainee was always helpful and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay! The place was perfectly located, very comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped — it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches and kind attention by Charlesie and Tedd throughout our stay. San Francisco was amazing, and having such a great base made all the difference. We would love to stay again on a future visit!

Michelle and Peter were excellent hosts! The place was exactly as described, and very homey. The backyard was beautiful, and the inside had lots of touches to make us feel comfortable- blankets for the sofa, TV easy to sign into our netflix and other accounts, kitchen easy to cook in with all the essentials. Michelle and Peter were quick to respond to any messages I sent before and during our stay, and very accommodating. Downtown is an easy walk or very quick drive. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby, and the Coastal trail is great for bicycling. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting the San Jose area. All the action is just downstairs! It’s a very safe and elegant area. The place itself has a spacious, welcoming feeling and will make you feel at home. I highly recommend it!

This was our second stay at this property and I'm sure we'll be back. They are so responsive and helpful, and always get back to you right away. The place itself is just so perfect. Located right above Santana row, but it feels private. The space is big, and the 2.5 bathrooms really help! They have every amenity you could ask for and then some! you feel right at home. They make checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else interested!

I have stayed at Marcie's place a few times now, and I have only positive things to say about the place, and about Marcia as a host. She's always responsive, and she provides clear instructions on how to find the place, how to get in, and everything else. Whenever I know when I'm visiting Palo Alto I immediately check the availability on Marcie's place. It's perfect for me, and I always look forward to my visits.

What can we say...this is one of our FAVORITE airbnb home away from homes...we have been back to Marjie and Joffrey's place so many times now and simply love it more and more each time! It's beautiful, relaxing, located in the absolute most perfect spot...and we just adore everything about it!!! Marjie is the sweetest, we always have fun chatting back and fourth and we are just so thankful for their place that has now been the back drop to so many of our families beautiful memories together :). We can't wait to visit again!!!!

Mayela’s place is conveniently located to shopping, freeway and food. Parking was a little tight but doable. Neighbors were very nice.
