Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The condo was great! It is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean! I appreciated that there was bedding and extra pillows for the pull-out couch. Rodica was very friendly and sent wonderful instructions. I will be visiting again :)

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.

And the bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! We had an amazing early Mother’s Day weekend at this beautiful Airbnb located in Kingsmill Resort. The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, strolls around the resort grounds, we used door dash for dinner. Dave was thoughtful and attentive, making our stay smooth and stress-free. This was such a special way to celebrate Mother’s Day, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

The condo was a perfect temporary home for our family of 4. It is lovely, spacious and well-stocked. The condo is in a great location - so close to Busch Gardens, and the river views were beautiful. In addition, Lynn worked with us to drop off our luggage before checkin on the day of arrival and to book an extra day (without the extra night) for the day of departure. Customer service has also been 5 star! Response to all of our questions has been prompt, courteous and complete! We’ve been to the area many, many times over the past 20 years and have stayed in so many different places (condos, townhouses, budget hotels, more pricey hotels, etc.). This was our best overall experience by far! Next time we are visiting Williamsburg, we will definitely check to see if the same place is available!

I have nothing but positives to say about this place, the location, and Merlyn, it was all just perfect! From the clear, friendly and helpful instructions prior to arrival, the sign greeting us in the parking lot saying "Welcome Teigre family", to discovering that there was coffee in the kitchen for us in the morning (we weren't sure about this, but that's really great when you get in really late the night before), to our boys playing ball on the beach (beach toys available in the gym), my wife and I enjoying our coffee on the beach in the morning, to our friendly chat as we bumped into Rick & Merlyn, the hosts, all through to our check-out. Driving downtown was a 20 minute easy drive, we spent quite a bit of our time there, so it was nice to stay at a place on the beach. If we ever come back to Norfolk, VA, we would love to stay here again and we can highly recommend it and its wonderful hosts for anyone who comes to the area!

The stay overall was really good. Very fast response times. The kitchen was really nice along with having a washer and dryer. the location was great. It was 30-45 minutes from anywhere you'd want to visit and only a few minutes from shoping and eating. The cleanliness was just okay. The handrail at the bottom of the stairs was also loose though it looked like an attempt to repair it had been made.

Great place to stay and enjoy the Virginia Beach area! The suite was spotless and very well decorated. Nice outdoor space, and even a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Loved the quick walk to the beach (She even had some great books available that we took advantage of)!The host was very gracious and kind and our stay was seamless . Just a helpful suggestion: it needed a few more basic items like additional hand towels/kitchen towel ( one was not enough for us three girls), and another accessible mirror for getting ready would be super helpful! Besides that, we all agreed that we would come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

The beach is literally steps away from this rental. It was so easy to enjoy the beach with kids and be able to go back and forth for anything you need. The beach was beautiful and basically empty while we were there. All the beach equipment they have available for you to use was a huge perk, we absolutely loved the kayaks. The rental was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Definitely recommend!

Christopher’s place was great. He was very accommodating and responsive. My family and I had a great time here. I would 100% book again.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

Our family of 6 has a great time. Plenty of space at the unit and the amenities were even more than described. We'll be coming back!

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

Brought my family of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) to VA for April break. We had plenty of space to spread out between the two units. The resort is located up the street from shopping centers for all you basic needs. Early spring meant the outdoor pool wasn't open, but my children (15, 12 & 11) enjoyed the other amenities offered such as pickleball, miniature golf and the activity center. The resort is going through some refurbishment, so there were places that had dumpsters and equipment out. We felt safe walking around the property at all times. The only draw back, which is no reflection on Christian, was one of our units had a sewage smell and a damp smell. We flushed out the water pipes to clear out the smell and the carpets need to be updated, again not the fault of the host. This space may be on the list to be refurbished. I provided my feedback to the resort. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to other families.

This was a great place for a weekend In Williamsburg. Lots of comfy beds, functional kitchen, plenty of places to sit and chat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. It was a good value; we have no complaints. Thank you so much for your professionalism, everything went as planned.
