Nick & I absolutely loved our stay at Dave’s Milk Barn. It was charming, adorable, cozy, and gave us exactly what we needed for a respite from the city. Rio & Toby were incredibly flexible, kind, accommodating and helpful. Beautiful surroundings, adorable quaint rustic accommodation. We couldn’t give this place enough positive marks! Will definitely be coming back.

So grateful for our weekend getaway at Larissa's. Everything was so peaceful and cozy. We have two little boys and Larissa was wonderful with making them comfortable to join in on the farm responsibilities, from feeding animals to gathering eggs and cleaning the barn. Our boys kept talking about Farmer Larissa and when they would see her and the animals again, (Finn and Bugsy especially!). We felt so warmly welcomed, in naturally good company and really can't wait to come back again for a longer stay.

My husband and I had a great weekend up in the Catskills. Fall foliage was prime and we enjoyed our stay at Tom & Christopher’s place. Very convenient to Hudson for dining, galleries, and shopping. The apartment was very comfortable and just the right size for 2 people.

This has become our vacation destination for the past 5 years. We love staying there so much that words can't suffice. Joe and Amy are the best hosts ever. Looking forward to next year!

We enjoyed a beautiful early spring stay on the farm with a group of 7 ladies, gathering for a chill bachelorette weekend in Cold Springs. The farmhouse was super cozy; great for cooking, crafting, games, tea time, outdoor wine picnics, star gazing at night in the hot tub and making friends with the chickens! A great retreat spot for groups with all the amenities!

10/10. We had a great time at the barn this week. Everything that we could hope for. There was plenty of space, a very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and great views. Thanks for hosting

Such a unique, beautiful, and cozy woodstock stay. The location doesn’t get better- you can easily walk to town. The creek in the backyard was my favorite part. We overlooked the second bathroom not having a full, stand up shower but we made it work!

This place is awesome. If you want a place to relax, enjoy the countryside, watch the Amish farming and the kids walking to school in the morning then you must stay here. We have come back and will continue to return. There are steps so if you cannot climb stairs, it might be difficult to navigate. Shopping and theaters are only minutes away and the restaurants are varied in the area so there is something for everyone.

This cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway! So cute & cozy, great location, easy check-in and check-out with very responsive hosts!

This place was a perfect weekend get away for myself and husband. Plenty of space for the two of us. The place was nicely, decorated and fully furnished with accessories if you wish to cook. I enjoyed the spaces between the outside patio as well as the hot tub. Bill was great with giving suggestions of local places, even though I was a local myself.. if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is your place.

Wow. Just wow. Easily the best or one of the best Air-bnbs I have ever stayed in! Incredible renovation of a Bucks County barn that had all of the thoughtful touches of home, with incredible attention to detail. Fluffy towels, snacks, water, and coffee service are just a few of the amazing amenities. Cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I was truly sad I only had 2 days here. I hope to be back in the future for sure. Thank you Patty and Brian! Cheers!

The Copper Barn was a wonderful place to stay for a family wedding in the area. There was plenty of room for my husband and me, as well as our adult children. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Richelle was communicative and friendly. Altogether a terrific experience.

I absolutely loved this chic cozy cabin, so well designed. Also spotless and pristine. This was a sweet getaway with my family, perfectly safe for little ones as it is one-floor and open concept - and I hope to book again during the ski season! Jennifer is a lovely host, super responsive.

The house was beautiful. we had 5 friends staying there and each had their own bedroom and private bath, with spacious common areas inside and out. It was perfect. Gideon and Ahna were helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay was magnificent! The character of this Airbnb is everything. So spacious but the ability to feel cozy and like a home away from home. Our hosts thought of all you’ll need and went above and beyond. Met Nico when we arrived a bit early and he was so kind and so accommodating. Our pup loved it here as well with treats and all you would need for your fur baby to feel at home as well. The property was a gorgeous and there were deer and chipmunks who kept their distance but were a delight to experience each day. I sincerely cannot wait to visit here again and I absolutely will.

Vanita's place is wonderful. Very comfortable. We felt right at home. It's close to the town of Woodstock, yet far enough away to feel secluded. Vanita herself is a communicative and kind host. Thank you, Vanita!

Julie's home is a great base for Catskills winter skiing. We were 4 adults/3 kids under 10 and there was plenty of space and sleeping options. Julie was SUPER responsive and took time to make sure our short stay was a pleasant experience. The home is well laid out with a large living room, plenty of comfortable seating and tons of games and books. Home was easy to find, we received 7 inches of snow the night we stayed and the roads were plowed early the next morning.

One of our favorite Airbnb's! The carriage house is charming and the amenities were great. We loved the fresh flowers arranged on the coffee table, as well as the gardens outside. Anne provides plenty of towels, soap, and other amenities. We enjoyed the two corgis who occasionally greeted us as we pulled up outside. The carriage house itself is quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return and have already recommended this place to others. Parking tip: back into the space and you will find it easier to watch for traffic as you pull out (although the road is very quiet--there isn't much traffic).

We loved our stay at Dave and Audrey's Barndominium. It was absolutely wonderful from the moment we got there. The inside lights were on, radio on low and it smelled wonderful! A great central location. We went to Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Pennsylvania just to name a few. The Barn is not cluttered yet provided everything we needed, very well thought out. It was very clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable. We would stay there again in a heart beat. Dave was always very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we hoped! Thanks Dave and Audrey. You guys knocked it out of the park with this one!!!

Very nice peaceful cottage, quiet area. The kitchen is beautiful and there were a lot of nice touches in the kitchen to have things available for me to cook. Parking was very easy, right in front of the cottage. It was not far from cities like Rhinebeck and other sites we went to see. A nice getaway from the city.

Cupcake cottage is heavenly! Surrounded by beauty and sounds of a peaceful creek, I found myself appreciating all the big and small things this beautiful property and charming home had to offer from the sweeping layers of forest views to a fully stocked cottage that had great things like BPA free reusable food bags and some of the best cooking salt around. We enjoyed Peter’s impressive record collection as well as his variety of cookbooks. We enjoyed some of the hikes that Peter recommended, and we are looking forward to another trip when we can explore even more. Peter recommended a grocery store called Adams which had good products to choose from. Peter was helpful, communicative, and flexible. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, Peter!

This is a beautiful place and exactly what my wife and I needed for a long weekend away! The barn is so cozy and we felt right at home . The hot tub was a nice treat on the cool evenings and the beautiful view. But by far the best part was the animals living below us that we could give snacks to throughout the day and see through the living space windows. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that loves horses and donkeys!

Wow, what a place. We were looking for a place to just a cousins girls weekend, in the woods/mountains some where. We wanted a big open space to gather, sleeping for 10 and privacy, we knew we would probably be loud (we laugh a lot and aren’t quiet by nature), this place hit the mark!! We brought all our food and drinks, the home had everything else we needed. This was probably the best weekend we’ve had in a long time. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the deck, enjoying the peace and sounds of nature!
