K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.

We arrived to the cabin after 9 pm but the cabin was easy to find and access. Falling asleep to the sound of the rain on the tin roof and the river behind the cabin was very soothing - exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cabin. We loved the privacy and nature sounds throughout the night.

We had such a relaxing peaceful time! The cabin is so unique and has a lot of personality. It is so cozy and has everything we need. We love all the books! And the rolling creek outside is so peaceful to listen to and you can hear it from inside the bedroom. And the cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature with a fire pit, a grill, and great furnishings outside. We definitely will be back! Thank you Damian!

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I got married here and decided to stay in the same exact cabin as our wedding night on our 5 year anniversary. We adore Lisa and Doug, they are so friendly and the space is so relaxing and beautiful. All of my friends were jealous that we went back!!

We had a great stay at Jennifer and Deans cabin! It was very cozy and warm in the snowy weather, and Chloe gave us a great tour of the farm animals:) Jennifer was very kind in providing a bottle of wine and some local goodies, and we especially loved the cozy loft, comfortable couch and bathtub to relax in.

We wanted a place central to the Hudson Valley. Great place if you love nice short drives with beautiful scenery. We spent most of the day time out, so the cabin was a peaceful place to have our evenings and get good rest!

This was the perfect location for us: calm and quiet but still just a short drive from downtown. We would recommend any couple stay here if they’re looking to explore Lancaster and the surrounding areas!

I went for a weekend getaway, and this place did not disappoint. It's a beautiful, private spot—nice and cozy, with stunning views all around. The host provided clear directions before arrival, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The house rules were straightforward and reasonable, and communication from the host was outstanding—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring. It was clear that a lot of time and attention went into every detail of the space, which made our stay even more special. We had a fantastic stay! Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful, he arrived right when we got there to walk us through how everything worked, which made settling in super easy. The place itself was beautiful, cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We booked this cabin for our anniversary trip and it was nothing short of amazing! It was in a great location, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy. There was even fresh baked cookies, snacks, and all the things to make you feel right at home! Unfortunately a local wildfire cut our stay super short but Jessica was responsive and quick to communicate during the emergency. We appreciated her understanding when we decided to go home altogether - we were so saddened to leave early but we would absolutely book another trip here to try again!

Ann was a great host. She answered questions fast and was very friendly. The place was just as described and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The running water from the stream could be heard from inside and it was very peaceful. There is only 1 parking spot fyi so be sure to take just one car. The only thing I would change is to have another small lamp in the downstairs (I hate overhead lights). Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and peaceful setting. There was a a big thunderstorm and it was so cool to lay in bed and watch it out the big windows. Will definitely return.

We loved the space and had a great time! We enjoyed the camping experience - smores and all! It is a cute space and perfect for a weekend. Alan was very responsive and helpful. The only tweak I would ask is the hot water, which was not consistent. It was not a huge deal, but that would have made the stay even more perfect.

The Octagon was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was hoping to find during my visit in Ithaca. The nature reserve trailhead is literally right outside the front door, super cozy and warm inside. Michelle is very friendly and proactive in communication, and the place was spotless. It’s out in nature but downtown is a super close so it’s the best of both. I would recommend Michelle to anyone visiting Ithaca.

We loved this tiny cabin! Off-grid living in a beautiful town. Nice and quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit, the camping grill and the views! The cabin is clean and comes equipped with just about everything you need. You forget the bathroom is an “outhouse”, it is big, clean and has a sink and toilet. Chris was super helpful with the couple of questions we had, even while he was on the road. Our dogs absolutely loved it. This was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. Would absolutely stay again!

Booked a late stay at around 9:30pm and was confirmed within 10 minutes. After full day of driving my fiancé and I were ready to crash for the night. I’ve had some horrible hotel experiences lately for more $$$. I’m a sucker for backroads, living in the sticks and the smell of horse poop. There is a price to pay for privacy, but Brenda’s instructions were super clear and helpful, and EXACTLY as the road presented itself. Brenda left the light on for us and a charged power pack. The scenery was INCREDIBLE! Overall the stay was worth coming back to, and for an incredible price. Thank you Brenda !!

Amazing place! Me and my wife celebrated our 1 year anniversary in this tiny home. We have been obsessed with tiny homes/motorhomes and are very grateful we got to try one as nice as this. I am 6’4” and felt comfortable everywhere inside (with some crawling for the bed). The town and gorge are amazing as well as letchworth state park.
