In this 2 bedroom, 1 and a 1/2 bath cottage you have beautiful outdoor and indoor living! Soak in the hot tub, dine out in the “nest” or cuddle up on the couch while the kids hang out in the loft upstairs! A perfect place for your Fundy adventures anytime of the year!

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Welcome to the Sunflower Cottage, our charming guesthouse on our vegetable and cut flower farm. Stroll to the top of the field and take in the view of Shepody Bay or hike through 40 acres of woodland trails on the property and bask in the calm quiet of the forest.
