Wow! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home and yard to stay and entertain in Yuba City. We have typically stayed with family when visiting, but we have found our new go to vacation home when visiting there. Our kids loved the pool, play set, and other outdoor activities. There was plenty of outdoor seating to host our entire family. Everyone was so impressed with the home. Leslie was responsive to every question or concern we had within minutes of each one. It was great to meet her in person when she came by to blow up additional pool floats for us and our extended family. Thank you again! And we look forward to seeing you soon.

Me and my friends enjoyed our short stay at Sixto's place. House was exactly as described. Clean, spacious with four bedrooms and comfortable beds. Backyard is big with a nice pool, lounge chairs and a grill.

Enjoyed the stay! Very spacious and roomy house for a group. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

We had a nice stay and it’s a lovely home. Martha is a very kind and responsive host and very accommodating. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay, and even though she wasn’t home and had a lot going on, she had some TP delivered to us. The pool was lovely, but quite a mess during our stay due to a recent windstorm, so no one’s fault, but we didn’t use it. About the house, the bed situation isn’t ideal for 3 adults who don’t want to sleep together. Good for a small family, or two adults not sleeping together. There were 3 of us, not sleeping together, so we ended up using the futon in one of the rooms, but we couldn’t locate any extra bed linens for it. All in all, we had a nice stay, and Martha was great. It’s a nice location, close to everything you would need, but in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

We stayed at Ved's place for a conference and it was a perfect place to cook and visit in the evenings. The back yard was a wonderful spot to relax. highly recommend!

Nicole was amazing , very responsive when i had questions , very friendly . This location was perfect and i will definitely be returning . I highly this location it was quiet and peacfull . Nicole is a fantastic host .

The house was exactly as described. A little on the older side, but very charming. It was perfect for our family gathering for the Easter holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. Would definitely look to stay again if going back to that location.

Although we never met the host, she was very helpful and timely in her responses. The place is very clean, peaceful neighborhood, and well worth the price! We would stay there again. Lon and Peggy

This was a great find for us! We come to Yuba a couple of times a year but this is the first time we’ve stayed at Michael’s place and we would definitely stay again. It looks just like the photos and was perfectly clean and comfortable and beautiful. It was great for our dog as well. She got to play with one of their dogs and got used to sharing a yard with ducks! Michael also gave us a great recommendation for a place by the river to take our dog and walk (Feather River Parkway) it was perfect. We felt very comfortable and welcomed and recommend Michael’s place without reservation.

I stayed with my family while driving back to Seattle. As soon as we went in we all felt at home. My two boys enjoyed going straight to the double twin beds room and relaxed. It was very clean and with a nice back yard. I definitely recommend and very family friendly.

Had to book this house at the last minute because the other place I rented canceled me 1 minute before check in, I only needed 1 night but this house has a 2 night minimum. We left early the next day and he refunded me part of the cost for the second night, which he didn’t have to do. Its a nice, comfortable house.

Quick and easy check-in. Parking right in front of house. Comfy beds, Nice linens and towels. TV's in every room!! Spacious kitchen!! We loved our stay at Kara's and look forward to returning next year!

Home is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Yuba City. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Will stay again if back in the area.
