This was a great place to stay! It is just like it looks in the pictures. While it is small it was perfect for our two-person vacation. Only about 30 minutes to a beach and very close to downtown Jacksonville. We were able to do just about everything you could've done in a full-size home. You are able to hear the family upstairs when they are home, so keep that in mind. There also is only a small stove, which can make cooking hard (but we made it work quite well). Also, the water pressure was not the greatest ever seen, but also not the worst, the shower was a good size so it made up for it. The place was clean overall, there were just some places that had some dirt/dust. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you just need somewhere to stay. Marcie was great at communicating with us, and even let us borrow her can opener. I would totally stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay while in town for business. I would definitely stay here again. They even gave me a little bit of extra parking for my larger vehicle. A win all the way around. Great space.

We attended graduation at UF and wanted a peaceful place to stay, this was the perfect place! 😍 Also, Leticia was so wonderful! The place was so clean and comfortable & we felt right at home!

Wonderful stay for 2 nights! It was very clean, quiet, and Taylor was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Very walkable little area, too. It was a great place for two people and the price. We would stay here again if we come back to the area! Minimal checkout tasks was a plus and appreciated.

Gorgeous house and amazing host. Tomy is very responsive and welcoming. The house is beautiful, cared for and very comfortable. Located in a quiet upscale, beautiful neighborhood, house has stunning backyard with covered pool area. It definitely has WOW effect. We stayed only one night, but felt like home. Thank you!

Our stay was perfect, everything was clean, cozy and private. Autumn was kind and accommodating.. Although we didn't get a chance to get in the pool , it was a little too chilly, the scenery was pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed the stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was my last stay over the last few months. Always feel at home, has everything I need to be comfortable. Especially great for sleeping during the day (I work nights), quiet and able to keep the room dark if I need. I would absolutely stay here again. Janice is a great host and answered any questions I had with a prompt response.

Maisnleys place was the perfect spot for me and my daughter. We stayed for one night while in town to visit family. It was the perfect size, had everything we needed and most importantly I felt safe being alone with my daughter in someone else’s home, in a town we’ve never been to. Thank you!

the listing is as described and the room is exactly like the picture. the area is very rough and on the poorer side of town. A local first responder asked where I was staying and he told me it was known to be rough and my presumptions were correct. if you're okay with that, it's the cheapest in town and as the pictures described. the hosts were very responsive and proactive in their communication with me. no other complaints at all.

This is a comfortable, private apartment with a charming old school "grandma" vibe. We loved sitting on the private back porch with the pretty string lights! The location is perfect for walking around downtown High Springs. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. They also gave us super recommendations on local sites to visit. Thank you Alice and Dan!

2nd time staying at Steven's place was just as good as the first time. We will continue to stay if it's available when we visit St. Mary's.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's. We enjoyed how quiet and clean everything was. It was also such a close distance to the beach which was a HUGE plus! We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was exactly as described. Even though it is small, everything you need is there. My favorite spot was the porch because of the beautiful surroundings. And the neighborhood was wonderful for walking.

Kim was an amazing host and was super kind to me during a very hard time in my life. The Airbnb is so perfect for some quiet time. Definitely would recommend. My favorite part was the pool and the shower! 10/10 stay. Thanks Kim! 😁
