This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Villa Domenika is an old but renovated house which resides in a quiet, hilly village with an astonishing view of the open sea. This remote village offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It is situated away from crowds and traffic but still close enough to easily reach markets, restaurants, and beaches. The closest beach is 5 minutes away. The restaurant is on the beach. The closest market is 10 minutes away by car. This village is right in between two towns, Hvar and Stari grad each 5 km away

Two bedroom flat has two spacious bedrooms with hardwood flooring-each with large, en-suit bathroom. The open plan kitchen/dining and living area have direct access to a terrace filled with flowers. Open picture windows and French doors allow sunlight and fresh scent of pines and the sea into the whole villa. The apartment therefore has a feel that indoors and outdoors merge and you will be close to nature. The porch offeres stunning seaview and open part of the terrace amazing starry sky view.

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.
