The Garden Room is at rear of main house and has its own front door and separate entrance so guests come and go as they please. Designated outside seating ( up steps). Parking on site. Continental breakfast is provided 8.30am. Check in 3pm checkout 10.00am.

Everything is on your doorstep! Walkable is the Square and Compass, The Kings Arms in Langton, Dancing Ledge, Seacombe, Chapmans Pool, Dinosaur Footprints, The South West Coast Path, Swanage and Studland Beaches.

Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Private off road parking for 2 cars.

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.
