We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful and cozy home. Mara added a personalized touch that made us feel super welcome at her place. I loved the vibe of the apartment, decor was so tasteful and warm; the beds were very comfortable and linens felt luxurious. We only stayed one night but it will be my go to preference when we return to visit family.

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Julie’s place was wonderful! My mother, my son’s girlfriend and I traveled to Jacksonville to attend his SOI Graduation. We were so comfortable and happy with our accommodations. It was very peaceful and as soon as we walked into the house, we truly felt at home! Every room is decorated so nicely, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking items you need. The beds are super comfortable and there was even shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms. Julie was very friendly and easy to communicate. She was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. If I am ever in the Jacksonville area again, I will definitely book Julie’s place again!😊

We had a great experience! Plenty of room for the whole family including the dog - and the outdoor space is a huge plus. Will definitely be staying here again next time we come down to Wilmington.

Our stay was wonderful. We travel with our dogs so having the fenced in back yard was amazing. The home is in a secure neighborhood with kind neighbors. The living room has 2 large couches and 2 chairs which was great when our family came to visit. Each bedroom has a tv as well as the living room, which was nice. Daniel was an amazing host. We really enjoyed our stay visiting family and spending time on the large back porch with our dogs.

I travel for work and stay at all sorts of air b and b's and this by is my absolute favorite place! From the moment I stepped into the door I felt like I was walking into my own home. It was spotless! So clean everywhere! Anything you needed it was all there! The back yard is huge! Great for those who have pets! The bedrooms are super spacious and the beds arr comfortable! The garage was so nostalgic with all the games and the pool table! For me it was the perfect home! i would definitely recommend and if I ever come back I hope they are available so I can book again!!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

Had an amazing long weekend stay! Beach just steps away right across the street. Great use of space with king bed, pull out couch, two vanity’s and a tub/shower separated by doors so you really can have privacy in each space. Will be staying again!

Super close to the beach access. Adorable place with everything you need! Wendy checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was super sweet. You can hear the ocean, the view is lovely from the porch. Would stay again for sure. The walls are a little thin so I would just be mindful and respectful of the neighbors below. We didn’t have the same respect when someone stayed above us on the last evening so just be mindful of the neighbors.

Charming bungalow near all the activities . Kid friendly and local bar scene didn’t keep us up at night. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and stores. Michelle’s attention to small details is the best I have experienced in an AirBNB.

This was a beautiful studio. It was so nicely decorated. Really enjoyed my weekend here!

The condo was perfect for our quick trip to Carolina Beach. The bed was wry comfortable and the coffee bar was a great touch. Unfortunately the boardwalk was under construction and many restaurants had long wait times due to staffing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved that the beach was easy to get to.
