It is ideally situated : a peaceful location yet close to all amenities and just a minutes walk away from the shops and cafes, the harbour and the award winning beach. Snowdonia and the Mawwdach Estuary offering stunning scenery, walks and trails is on your doorstep. Barmouth offers something for everyone all year !

Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

This is a perfect, secluded, romantic retreat for two situated along a quiet lane with stunning panoramic westerly views over Cardigan Bay and the Llyn peninsula. The cottage is well-placed to explore Snowdon (30 minutes away), the Llyn peninsula (right in front of you) and the quiet coves and beaches of Anglesey (30 minutes away).

This quaint newly refurb luxurious Cottage sleeps 4 with a large garden and patio area. The master bedroom offers sea views, and beach access is half a mile away. Situated just on the outskirts of the picturesque small town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales where all amenities can be found and our beautiful Castle. Breath taking walks can be accessed from the doorstep which can take you along the beautiful coastal path and/or venture through farmland and take in the fresh air.

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. Beudy Bach is a cosy and very comfortable eco retreat created from a traditional stone built Welsh barn. It's large velux windows offer ideal star gazing from the bed! This peaceful haven is within easy walking distance of Llanbedr, a lovely village with several country pubs and a bustling village shop. It is ideally located within the Snowdonia National Park with access to beautiful coastlines and majestic mountains. The barn is well equipped and situated on a quiet country lane.

Cosy Cottage in Dolgellau Snowdonia Nant Y Glyn

Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.

Glanydon - Romantic Getaway near Cadair Idris.

Glanydon Cottage is the ideal place to get away from it all. The spacious bathroom has a shower and big freestanding bath. The kitchen is well equipped. There are lots of interesting things to do nearby. Speak to us for more info re packed lunches and evening meals. Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.
