Relax around the cabin or visit the Great Smoky Mountains Park. Located between Foothills Parkway and the Park in Top of the World Community. Plenty of yard space to enjoy and a front porch, back deck, fire pit, BBQ grill, and hot tub. Look Rock and Gold Mine Trail Head are in the neighborhood. Close to the Dragon. Pet fee is requested.

Less than half a mile away is the Foothills Parkway which is a 33 miles of scenic roadway from Chilhowee Lake to Wears Valley. No rooftops/ no power lines to look through.

It is located right outside of Townsend in the Top Of The World where you will see breathtaking views with multiple scenic pullovers the whole drive in. Also conveniently located to make a trip to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Maryville. The cabin is also located close right off of Foothills Parkway and close to The Dragon.

Secluded in the Smokies, our cabin is on a private lake with access to our pontoon boat, paddle boat, two paddle boards and two kayaks. Just below our screened in back deck with a propane grill, is a children's play area and an outdoor fire pit. Activities such as hiking the surrounding mountains, fishing with the provided poles, swimming, or just relaxing in the mountains, are all included in your stay at the Cozy Cabin.
