This special place is situated right in the heart of the old town, very close to everything - historical sights and museums, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to plan your visit, as you can get around on foot. The apartment has its own cute private entrance in a charming courtyard and is super cozy. It's on two floors - a fully equipped kitchen on one, and a bedroom and a brand new bathroom on the other. This tiny home is full of clever storage solutions, making it a very unique apartment.

Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

Modern, compact, very comfortable apartment in a quite and safe area. Just 3 min walk to Old Town (Fat Margaret’s Tower) ! Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.
