Great stay in Shirahama! The location is perfect, just a short walk to local restaurants and Shirahama Beach. The self check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Has many amenities, making it suitable for a long-term stay: fresh towels and bed sheets, a washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, rice cooker, stove, kettle), and a functional layout with a sofa, dining table, and TV. The small balcony overlooking the river and mountains was a nice touch. The location is convenient, about a 10-15 min walk to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist attractions. However, finding the place was tricky as the floor and room number weren’t included in the address or check-in instructions (we eventually found them in the listing description, along with the WiFi password). The listing could also be clearer: photos are cluttered with unrelated images, the space is better suited for 2 guests rather than 5, we were disappointed that there was only 1 bicycle available, it is in an old building on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and the bed is a sofa bed. Despite these minor issues, it was great value for money!

房东非常有耐心，回应也很及时。去玩鞋子坏了，对于当地不熟悉，只能寻求房东帮助，房东帮我搜索了附近的几个可能卖鞋的地方，非常贴心。

温泉も部屋も広くてコスパのいい宿でした

住到了好可爱的民宿，遇到了很好的房东奶奶。没想到去了之后，面积好大，在大阪和歌山住完十平米的逼仄屋子后，住这民宿真的不要太开心。厕所和淋浴间还是分开的，在日本简直不敢想。 ​但最开心的是今天和房东惠子奶奶的聊天。我们今天走的时候惠子奶奶送我们到路口，结果发现公交车正好走了，所以惠子奶奶就开车送我们去车站。她不会讲英语，所以我们的交流只能用翻译软件进行。她说她已经七十五了，但已经开车五十五年了，虽然会被孙子吐槽开的慢。她有一个孙子一个孙女，都在东京上大学，年纪和我们差不多大。我问她有没有去过中国，她说她虽然没去过，但很想去，因为中国有很长的历史。我还问她做民宿累不累，她开始疯狂吐槽（问到心坎里了），但是最后说喜欢我们这些年轻人来住。还问我们有没有玩的开心，欢迎下次再来。我说下次来的话还来住她这。很感谢！

申し込んだ後、いろいろなレビューをみて清潔さやセキュリティなど大変不安でした。虫やカビ対策、寝袋ももっていきましたが、杞憂でした。古いホテルでシミこそあれ、大変清潔に掃除が行き届いており、ロケーションや立地もバッチリ（1分で美しい白良浜、24時間営業のスーパーも歩いてすぐ）。おまけに掃除のおじさんも大変優しく、常に気を使ってくださいました。1ヶ月という長期での滞在でしたが、帰るのが大変寂しく、またぜひ訪れたいです。質問への返答もスピーディーで安心できました。ありがとうございました。物価上昇でなかなか難しいとは思いますが、ぜひ価格据え置きでお願いしたいです。

友人家族達で利用させて頂いたが ロケーションも良く大変楽しい思い出となりました。 強いて言えばWi-Fiの電波が弱かったのが残念ではあった。

家族旅行で利用させていただきました。 お部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、大きな窓と特に屋上から見える海の景色とサンセットは本当に素晴らしかったです。 日中は天気にも恵まれ、家族皆でリフレッシュすることができました。 また、チェックイン時間の調整や、滞在中にこちらからの不明点・要望にも柔軟にご対応いただき、とても助かりました。 ホストの方の丁寧かつ親切な対応に感謝しております。 また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

Beautiful neighborhood and clean traditional Japanese family home. Especially hospitable owners although they couldn’t speak English!

This was easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in - the house has been so thoughtfully designed, with a result that is beautiful, comfortable and stocked up with everything you might need. The location is very peaceful and feels secluded, although the town centre (with lots of shops / restaurants) is only a 10/15 minute walk away, and the decking boasts fantastic views. The hosts are the great - super helpful, responsive and kind. We can’t wait to come back one day!

親切なオーナーさんでした。またお食事や周辺を楽しみにゆっくり訪れたい場所です。

2度目の宿泊です。白浜へもゆっくり歩いて徒歩15分ほどですし、オーシャンビューで家族6名も泊まれて料金もお手頃、一通りのアメニティや、部屋の清潔感も満点です。

部屋がとても綺麗でテレビも大きく家電等も便利なものが多くてとても助かりました。また部屋からの景色もとても綺麗で友人にも積極的におすすめ出来るぐらい素晴らしいものでした。

The place looks better than the photos and is beyond our expectation. We all enjoyed the stay! Hot pot stove and pot will be provided upon request, we had shabu shabu during the cold winter night which is awesome! The place is spotlessly clean. Everything is great. The sun rise view from the room is spectacular.

部屋は十分な広さがあり、温泉も悪くなく、それでこの価格かという感想です。温泉旅館に素泊まりするには最適です。ただ、エレベーターが欲しかった。部屋の空きがまだありそうだったので、3階ではなく1階に案内してもらいたかったです。

We stayed for over a month and liked it a lot. Kids friendly. It is what the description says. Nothing fancy. It does have a decent onsen. The bedroom was larger than expected for Japan. The surrounding area where the hotel was looks somewhat abandoned and far from the main attractions of shirahama, but it was very immersed in nature in comparison to other options. We can definitely see ourselves booking again here.

1泊滞在致しましたが、もう少し長く滞在したい気持ちになりました！ のんびり過ごす事ができる宿泊施設です。 白良浜を一望でき、ロケーションは最高です！ また機会があれば、利用したいです！

施設は保養所を譲り受けたような雰囲気で古めですが、清掃はしっかりしています。また、お風呂が源泉掛け流しで非常に良かったです。
