Situated near the entrance to Manfeild, wedged between Kitchener park and Kowhai park. Come and enjoy our converted portacom with off street car park under native trees. This fully self contained tiny home has a super comfy queen size bed, bathroom, air con, own deck, wifi, smart tv with streaming services and a kitchenette loaded with a microwave, jug, toaster, airfryer, washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer. Connected to my glass art studio is a bright, secluded visitors suite with a double bedroom, bathroom en suite, and off street parking. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a section of hot drinks as well as free wifi and Chromecast. A private sanctuary at the end of a cul de sac halfway between the city and Massey giving you easy access to local amenities. My garden hosts a lovely family of Tui who tumble and chat as they enjoy their feeders and the established native trees.
