I’ve spent a lovely week in this historical place, these cottages used to be residences for the worldwide famous composers and musicians of 20th century. The cottage is located in the woods, on a hillside with a mountain stream at the bottom. There is a terrace with a stunning view and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. You feel a great level of privacy there, the next cottage is far away and you barely would meet a single person during the whole day. The area is very quiet and beautiful, you easily find breathtaking spots to gorgeous landscapes and mountains there. Taxi works fine, there is even food delivery from Dilijan restos. The cottage itself is very cosy and modern, renovated recently, with fine tuned grand piano inside (was important for me, I was looking a place to practice myself). Karen, the owner, is a super nice person, very friendly and helpful. Treated me as his personal guest, arrived with local food and wine. He showed me Dilijan attractions personally, introduced me to his friends and then we had a very nice dinner all together in Erevan. True Armenian hospitality. Strongly recommend to everyone.

This is a really great place to stay! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, very very clean, large and well cared for, and all amenities are in top shape. I have stayed in many hotels, airbnb, and bed&breakfast in the U.S. and around the world, and can say with confident that Menine’s place is one of the best. If you are considering to stay in Dilijan area, don’t hesitate for a minute to book this place.

Нам очень понравился дом. Нас встречала Мариам, была очень вежлива и обходительна. Чистый и комфортный бассейн. Несколько локаций во дворе для посиделок - мангальная зона, игровая зона, беседка, бассейн, зона у костра. Очень комфортное жилье, при возможности приедем ещё раз .
