The Gardener’s Greenhouse is a peaceful studio on 2 hectares of land overlooking a garden, wetlands and cycle trail beyond. It is on a lifestyle block in a semi-rural subdivision, half way between Motueka and Mapua, with Kaiteriteri, Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, not much further away. You will need a car to get around. Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre, with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 40 minutes, seven days a week. It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too. NB - you will need a Bee card or cash. Self check-in is offered and early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged.

Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.
