Only 15 minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to either the lake front or the town centre, it is perfectly situated for a break in Taupo. With a double bed , bunk beds, sofa bed, beautiful kitchenette, wood burning stove, coffee machine, large TV, lounge area, dining area and off street parking, this newly refurbished property has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay.

Fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit complete with wood burner (Wood Burner available from May to September only) or electric heater for those brisk Taupo winters. Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, all you need for a great getaway. There are views of the Waikato River from the bedroom window and walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins. Welcome to our little part of paradise, fully self contained cosy cottage, with off street parking, 5 minutes walk to the local marina and lake, stopping off for brekkie or lunch at the local cafe. For those fisherpeople you will be 10 to 20 minutes drive from world class trout/fly fishing spots. Turangi is 10 minutes drive south, with great cafes and restaurants, 40 minutes to Mt Ruapehu for fabulous skiing and the Sky Waka. Turangi is the hub for the adventure tourism activities.

New Entire Guesthouse

You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (3 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit with large private deck. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, opposite the Waipahihi Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the new comfortable mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind.

Our house, Taupo NZ

Our place is a modern, cosy, self-contained (no oven/stovetop) furnished apartment with private guest access. It is warm, sunny and close to the lake and shops. It is quiet, comfy and clean with double glazing and a modern heat pump. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and friends. We live upstairs and try to keep noise to a minimum but you can expect to hear us sometimes.

Self contained cosy unit 15 min walk from town. I live on site and work in town so available most of the time. Double bed with extra pillows, duvets and blanket if required. Located down the driveway next to the garage. Happy to have well behaved pets. Gate behind unit which goes direct onto the reserve. Smoking outside only. Parking off road right outside.
