This home offers a ground floor large king bedroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs (king and 2 queens) w/ full bath, and a double bedroom and workspace in the finished basement. A fenced-in yard has outdoor entertainment/BBQ/fire pit. Centrally located between AA and Detroit, and only 5 mins to historic downtown Plymouth, with lots of shops and restaurants. Enjoy a short walk to beautiful lake view hiking trails.

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

This light filled loft has all the luxury feel of a Downtown Chicago loft with 12 foot ceilings, large windows and exposed brick! You will enjoy cooking in the brand new kitchen and cleanup is easy with a full sized dishwasher! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Sidetrack, Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Amazing history!

This cozy lower flat is located just outside of Detroit! Only 15 min to Downtown; 10 min to I-75 or I-94. You will have the whole lower flat to yourself! The upper flat is not in use, so no noise from upstairs! Onsite washer & dryer! 5 minutes to the Detroit River and boat ramps! The house was built in 1920, so we've decided to celebrate it's centennial by decorating in a style reminiscent of the 1920s. *Please read House Rules and description before booking.*
