This new studio apartment has been purpose built for the Air BnB market. It has been designed to replicate a modern hotel room at the fraction of the cost. Guests will enjoy a king size bed and a spacious and private bathroom. There is a smart television. Guest will have direct access to the deck which boasts uninterruppted views of Lake Te Anau and the surrounding mountains. Free tea, coffee, soap, shampoo etc. It is a stunning 20 min stroll along the Te Anau lake front to restaurants/shops.

Across the road from the lake this 3 bedroom home built in 1969 is still owned by the same family. Newly renovated are the 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and laundry with new washer and dryer. Elevator for easy access to each level with your luggage and shopping. Upstairs is a fantastic view with large opening sliding doors on to the deck or conservatory if the day is cooler. Fully equipped kitchen, yet to be renovated but very workable. Walk to shops, restaurants and parks within minutes.

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Our newly built home is warm, sunny and spacious with an open plan with multiple seating areas. A peaceful part of town with beautiful lake and mountain views, 10 min walk to town centre. The deck is partly undercover - can be accessed by two bedrooms and the kitchen. Outdoor TV with SKY and heaters . Internal garage available to park or store E bikes. Not fully fenced. Cot permanently set up. The Master bedroom and shed at rear of property are not available to guests.
