Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

I’ve travelled to Morocco many times and this was the first time I’ve decided to go Airbnb instead of hotels! I must say being away from the typical destinations was worth it. The accommodation was at a high standard with an easy access to the beach and a Golf course. The location is very family friendly and the host was a great as she helped us to easily organise local trips to Rabat and Casablanca. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was also spotless and well-maintained. Mr Bilali was super nice and helpful, always available when needed. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience—highly recommend!

Simply the best! The place is impeccably clean, safe, secure, and wonderfully peaceful—what more could you ask for? If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!

Laila was a great host and very responsive. She was able to accommodate us on short notice. It is an artistically designed rental. Good value for this price point. Pros: overall clean, location, space, appearance, parking, and more Cons: shower hot water is limited and sporadic.

Tres bon séjour dans l'appartement de ghzilane, décoré avec goût, très propre et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Le quartier est sûr, acces facile à la rocade, et le parking en sous sol, surveillé par des gardiens, est un plus. Il ya beaucoup de restos tres bons tout autour, boulangerie, supérettes, un spa avec hammam etc. On a passé une très bonne semaine !

Ikrame et son papa nous ont super bien accueillis. Ponctuel, nous avons été reçu par le papa d'Ikrame qui nous a fait visité l'appartement ainsi que la résidence. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. Propre et bien rangé avec une très jolie décoration simple et épurée. La vue mer est un atout majeur. Prendre son café sur la terrasse était un pur bonheur. Les équipements sont impeccables. Cuisine et SDB sont bien équipées. le Wi-Fi est excellent. Les différentes instructions sont claires. La résidence est propre et le cadre est magnifique. La piscine même si nous n'y sommes pas allés (températures basses) est, malgré tout, accessible en cette période. L'accès au littoral se fait directement du jardin et permet d'accéder à la côte et aux petits commerces qui s'y installent en fin d'après midi (harira, maïs grillé, crêpes, etc). Très agréable pour se balader ! Ikrame est une hôte accueillante, présente et bienveillante. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente. Merci à vous

Mi estancia en este apartamento ha sido fantástica. Es precioso y muy bien equipado, con decoración moderna, y multitud de detalles que te hacen muy cómoda y agradable la estancia. Su ubicación es muy buena, cerca del tranvía, del mar y de la zona monumental (a unos 15 minutos a pie). La zona está rodeada de cafeterías, pastelerías, tiendas, un supermercado, restaurantes, bancos, etc. Respecto al anfitrión, Nouaman es una persona muy amable y servicial, siempre predispuesto a ayudar. Responde a los mensajes rápidamente, y en nuestro caso, nos ayudó con el cambio de la moneda y la impresión de las cartas de embarque. En definitiva, un apartamento que recomiendo 100% y al que volveré pronto.

Le logement de ghizlane était parfait et a répondu à toutes nos attentes ! Tout était exactement comme décrit - propre, bien rangé et bien équipé. L’emplacement était super, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Il faut souligner en particulier Ghizlane, qui a toujours veillé à ce que nous soyons satisfaits et a toujours été joignable. Vos efforts et votre attention ont vraiment rendu notre séjour spécial.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour chez Zakaria. Le logement était conforme à sa description, les enfants ont adorés la piscine et ont pu jouer avec les autres enfants de la résidence. Les petites épiceries de proximité sont très appréciables. Le centre de Rabat est à 20 min en voiture, très facile d'accès. Une plage se situe à proximité de l'appartement. Zakaria a été un hôte très prévenant et agréable. Nous recommandons le logement

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Hicham. L'appartement est propre, bien aménagé, et très confortable. La localisation est idéale, à proximité de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Hicham a été un hôte accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour reposant et sans souci.

This was a wonderful stay! The check-in instructions were excellent—very easy and clear. The host kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the bedding—sheets, blankets, and pillows—were clean and of high quality. The bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and body wash. Towels were also provided and were of excellent quality. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for someone who wants to feel at home while away from home. Everything we needed was there, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the details to make guests feel comfortable. On top of all that, the host’s communication and hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Le logement était propre et bien rangé, avec un accès à la piscine disponible toute la journée. De plus, l'emplacement de la résidence est idéal, à proximité de la grande mosquée de Bouznika et des supermarchés tels que BIM, situés juste à côté. C'est un lieu que je recommande vivement, notamment pour les familles. En outre, Samir a été extrêmement réactif tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Je le remercie chaleureusement et recommande vivement son logement.

Mon séjour chez Imad a été tout simplement parfait. L’hébergement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description.
