Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Enjoy the serenity of this stunning traditional cottage set in an extensive private and mature garden with fabulous sweeping views of mountains and Glen Lough. Although totally secluded, Carraig Cottage is ideally situated - close to breath taking beaches and coastline, romantic mountains and lakeside walks, award winning golf courses and restaurants, welcoming local pubs, outdoor activities for all the family including cycling, horse riding, a wide range of water sports and excellent fishing.

Donegal Thatch Cottage

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

The cottage has been lovingly restored, in the traditional style and is kept cosy with a wood burning stove and oil fired central heating. The snug mezzanine bedroom overlooks the kitchen/sitting room, a delightful place to rest your head after a day's exploring.

Riverrun Cottage is the first in a row of three old stone cottages on the banks of the Faymore river. Set on a private lane and accessed under an old stone arch. The cottage looks across to Ards Forest Park and has wonderful views down the estuary to Sheephaven bay. A cosy, comfortable retreat minutes from Marble Hill beach, Ards Forest and close to Muckish mountain. Good local pubs and dining in Creeslough and nearby Dunfanaghy.

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months. WIFI , Netflix .
