The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Located on our family farm within an idyllic courtyard of converted barns, beautifully decorated & furnished to a high standard. Accommodating between 6-8 guests + infants. Situated within the charming Hampshire countryside close to historic Romsey, Salisbury & Winchester, there are plenty of places to visit. 10 MINUTE DRIVE TO PEPPER PIG WORLD.

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Oak Lodge with wood-fired hot tub, perfect for 2!

Set in beautiful surroundings, Oak Lodge is a mini log cabin built for 2! Step straight off the decking into your hot tub, enjoy the natural surroundings, visit one of the many local attractions or cosy-up by the fire! Oak Lodge comes complete with bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, log burner, tv and its own wood-fired hot tub! Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, minimum 3-night stay (please note, this may change over the Christmas period). This is an adult-only, pet-free site.

John's Barn

Beautiful architect designed barn set in private woodland of over 50 acres. John's Barn was the result of a conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
