Recently refurbished, this 19th century Cotswold stone cottage is set in Tetbury's Conservation Area, near restaurants, Great Thythe Barn, antique shops and the iconic 17th century Market House. It's an excellent centre for touring the Cotswolds; near Westonbirt Arboretum & Highgrove, the Prince of Wales' gardens.There are 3 floors with a kitchen, living room , 1 bedroom, bathroom, private parking & courtyard garden.

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.
