Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and a lovely balcony area with views of the mountains. Just off the main busy area but very quiet. Beach 15 min walk away. Would recommend

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Danke an Vincenzo für sie Gastfreundschaft. Herzlich eingerichtet Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr ruige gegend, Restaurants in der nähe und Dorfzentrum 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Wunderschöne Strände ind der näheren Umgebung. Sehr zum weiter Empfehlen

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Consigliato a chi vuole passare qualche giorno staccando completamente dalla propria quotidianità. Francesco e Giulia

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Beautiful ocean view in quaint town of Costa Rei. This spot was close to all the beaches I wanted to see and near great restaurants in the town. Lorenzo was very attentive and had clear instructions to get to the place. The home itself is very cute and clean and had a modern bathroom. I would stay here again on future visits to Sardinia!

Das Ferienhaus von Massimo liegt etwas abgelegen, eine Schotterstrasse führt einige hundert Meter der Küste entlang an diesen gemütlichen und ruhigen Fleck. Der Spaggia dei Francesi (kleine Lagune mit Glasklarem Wasser und feinkörnigem, weissem Sand) befindet sich ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt. Der Garten mit Pool und grosser Grillstelle ist mit einer Schutzmauer umgeben. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und eignet sich bestens für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien oder einer Gruppe. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für Massimo’s Gastfreundschaft! Gerne wieder!

Mein Partner und ich haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Marco war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. Grazioso appartamento non rende abbastanza quello che è in realtà, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno, posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge che al centro. Claudia gentilissima ci ha consigliato sia per il noleggio che per le spiaggie migliori, consigliatissimo

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

Wir haben kurzfristig eine Übernachtung in Cagliari gebraucht und sind auf Piermario gekommen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Würde es sechs Sterne geben, hätte er die verdient.

Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung - Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber - Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück Können wir bestens weiterempfehlen.
