Our open design makes this space feel clean and open. When we say close, we mean close. Magnolia Silo and Magnolia Press are only 2 blocks away which is easy walking distance and no hassle finding parking downtown. You'll be blocks away from all the great excitement Waco has to offer like shops, restaurants and much more

The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.
