This 36 sqm apartment is located in a residential area of Graz and is ideal for relaxed vacationers or business travelers who prefer practicality and comfort. No hotel service, but a self-catering home away from home – not suitable for luxury seekers or perfectionists. It features smart home technology, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a double bed (160×200 cm), and a sofa bed for one person. Bathroom with shower, toilet, window, and washing machine for everyday comfort.

Wir heißen euch Willkommen in unserer 50 m² Wohnung im 6. Stock mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und Blick auf den Schloßberg im Bezirk Lend. Kostenlos Parken im Parkhaus in derselben Straße (ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Öffentliche Parkplätze rund ums Haus (Samstag und Sonntag gebührenfrei, wochentags gebührenpflichtig). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 weitere Person(en), Bad mit WC und ausgestatteter Küche.

Aviso für das Oster Wochenende: Samstag 4.4. Osterfeuer am Nachbar Grundstück. Es könnte zu Störung durch Rauch kommen, falls sie sich an diesem Wochenende bei uns aufhalten sind alle herzlich eingeladen Wohlfühlen, am Waldrand mit Fernblick und Wanderwegen Fellnasen willkommen, das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, Parkplatz für zwei Autos vor dem Haus Haustierfreundlich, ist auch zu erkennen an einigen Stellen am Haus :) Sonniger, großer Garten. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
