Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. This luxury bespoke shepherd's hut was handcrafted on site and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The exclusive electric hot tub is covered with a custom made wooden shelter for ultimate privacy and shelter from the Scottish weather. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft has been turned into a light and airy flat above our stables. We live next to a path which takes you north to the Ochils or south to the beautiful Gartmore Water: perfect if you are a walker or a cyclist. The nearby village of Dollar has a castle, cafes, a pub and a restaurant. We are 40 minutes from Edinburgh airport, 25 minutes from Gleneagles Hotel, 20 minutes from Stirling and an hour from the centre of both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.
