Built in 2021, 2nd house from the airport! Ten minute walk with luggage! We are here to host your fondest of memories. Relax after a day on the mountain, out at sea, or on one of our 250 miles worth of trails! Perfect for the adventure seeker with an eye for detail. Our space comes with amenities ranging from free parking, WiFi and streaming services to a full kitchen, soaker tub and outdoor patio w/fire pit! This space is behind a main home on site. You will find it down the left drive way :)

River House: On Mendenhall River/Glacier(4 min dr)

We love our place on the Mendenhall River! Eagles, bears, deer, porcupine, and otters are common sights in the backyard while the soft rush of the glacier-fed stream provides a soothing background. We are located in the upper Mendenhall Valley, just a 5 minute drive from the Mendenhall Glacier & 3 minute walk to the Brotherhood Bridge trail which takes you into deep old forest almost immediately. The river is ever changing and always beautiful & peaceful. We are available, but don’t intrude.

Situated in a wooded area with outdoor decks overlooking a pond, this home has the feel of a lodge retreat, yet is only five miles from the airport. Hiking trails are nearby and the Mendenhall Glacier is less than a mile away. A full kitchen, outdoor grill, and laundry facilities provide everything you need. You will have coffee and breakfast foods stocked as well as snacks to get you started. Feed the ducks from your deck overlooking our pond and enjoy outdoor dining.

Hellenthal Lofts 201 - Downtown Apartment

A renovated apartment in the center of Downtown Juneau. Built in 1916 during Juneau's mining heyday, the historic Hellenthal building has been completely renovated in 2017-2018. This 603 square foot studio features all new appliances, including front loading washer and dryer, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. The galley kitchen features porcelain tile countertops, and the large south-facing windows have a view of Gastineau Channel and the mountains of Douglas Island.

Enjoy full use of this 600 SF, one bedroom, one bath accessory apartment (attached to main home). This space is located in a wonderful cul de sac close to the University, Statter Harbor, and Auke Bay. The area gets great light on sunny days, has a nice view of Thunder Mountain, and is in a quiet neighborhood. *14% local tax for short term stays (9% bed tax plus 5% sales tax). Short term is defined as a stay of 29 days or less.

Located in Juneau's premier neighborhood. A 5 minute walk to an awesome beach. The house is full of history; the beams are from a house boat and the claw foot tub from a Treadwell miner cabin.
