This studio is spacious & comfortable. It is detached, secluded, on a quiet street, ample street parking and completely fenced in. The yard has a ramada with a table, chairs, string lights and a chiminea Inside, you’ll love the exposed adobe, skylight, and wood beam ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen is updated, with full size appliances. In the heart of Armory Park, it is close to 5-points, downtown, historic 4th Ave and Uof A.
