CJ's farm stay is a comfortable lil setting perfect for a small group of friends or family. We reached quite late in the evening for our check in so it was very sweet of CJ to allow us a late check out the next day. The caretaker of the farm stay, Mr Nijeesh was quite welcoming without being intrusive. The property itself was quite clean and comfortable and well maintained.

Emill is an amazing host. He was proactive to call and check on us as we were late for the check in. He received us personally and gave all the instructions needed for our stay at his place. He also recommended few of the tourists spots we could visit nearby which really helped us. Thank you for hosting us Emil..!! It was a great stay..!!

Loved it. Surrounded by lush green hills, a private BnB with all the facilities. Loved the view from the balcony and the cool breeze. The rooms were clean and cozy. The whole place felt warm. Main market is a bit far away (10mins drive), but hey, if we wanted loud market sounds, would have stayed in Delhi. Overall 4.5/5. Would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb, and I must say, it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warmth and charm that made me feel instantly at ease. The location was superb. Nestled in a picturesque neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. Food was exceptional. Communication with the host was seamless throughout my stay. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and even transportation options, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. The highlight of my stay, however, was the infinity pool. It was a dream to just lay in the pool and get lost in the views. I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. It is an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a comfortable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kuttikanam! The place was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with great hospitality, this is the perfect stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time together as a family which was our main agenda rather than sightseeing, and the house was ideal for our needs. It had a designated area for grilling, and the staff were very helpful in arranging everything for us. The house itself was beautiful, with excellent amenities. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the caretaker was available to prepare it upon request. Since we decided to eat out, we didn’t opt for that service. However, while the house was lovely, the location felt like an average residential area, though the light breeze and pleasant climate added a nice touch to the overall experience.

highly recommended for family and bachelor groups.. roads are decent... from the balcony we had seen deer , wild pigs and many herbivorous animals including big wild squirrels.. property is nearby thekkady boating... very tasty food and host is very helpful... we will comeback soon for a longer stay.. property is very safe at the border of the jungle...

Right from the start, they made us feel incredibly welcome, providing all the necessary information about the place and local area. The house was a delight - clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The cozy living room, fully-stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made our stay very relaxing. Situated in a serene neighborhood, yet close to major attractions, the location was perfect. Anumole and Joshy's excellent communication and dedication to our comfort made our stay exceptional. We had a awesome experience at The Pepper Valley, everything was as per the description. Special thanks to caretakers and cook, they made our stay very pleasant and Happy. Only thing to keep in mind is you have to travel a off road patch of 1.5-2 KM from Chellarcovil Ecotourism Park point. SUVs can go easily there. We even crossed this patch at late night and it was safe. Caretakers arranged for Barbeque and Camp fire, breakfast was complimentary, home chef made very tasty North Indian food too. Stay is very beautiful, rooms were nice and clean, beautiful garden and swing too. Top view of mountain from stay which looks surreal. Overall I went there with my entire family of 8 adults and 2 kids and everyone loved and enjoyed the stay, though a bit secluded we never felt unsafe, because of top notch service and help from the staffs. Rejith shared all the details like map, phone number, tourist places and everything before the visit. Loved Thekkady and Kumily. I recommend to book this stay
