Dive into the Olive Oil & Wine tradition in Split. Visit my family farm, learn about the ancient process to produce olive oil and wine and try the best bites of our gastronomy. It is a true Dalmatian story FROM FARM TO TABLE. You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. Learn how to easily and successfully make homemade pasta by joining us at our cooking school located in the historic centre of Rome. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine, Spaghetti, and Tortelli in different shapes. Déjate guiar en un recorrido de 360 °. Descubre conmigo esta maravillosa isla. Empezaremos con un maravilloso paseo en bote dirigido por mi coanfitrión Flo, te mostraré todas las bellezas que la isla de Capri puede ofrecerte: un recorrido de cuevas y bahías que dura una hora ... ¡te dejará sin aliento! Más tarde nos trasladaremos en un minibús a la parte más alta de la isla, Anacapri, donde será posible disfrutar de una vista increíble, pasear por el pequeño pueblo, llegar a la cima del Monte Solaro con el telesilla o simplemente relajarnos saboreando deliciosas especialidades locales. Después de aproximadamente 2 horas llegaremos al centro de Capri, el corazón de la isla, donde se encuentra la famosa "Piazzetta", pasando por los pequeños callejones caracterizados por las lujosas boutiques, llegaremos a los Jardines de Augusto, que ofrecen la mejor vista de la Isla para dejarte sin aliento una vez más.
