No longer the closest supermarket but probably the least hassle to drive to. Unfortunately the cafe has now gone, just a coffee cart.

There is a great cafe here, super cheap... $5 breakfasts (banan pancakes, egg n bacon on toast etc) and then you can do your grocery shopping, lowest supermarket prices in Timaru

Pak'n Save is a short drive away from the accommodation. A large supermarket, with everything you would expect. It is also in a small mall, and has takeaway restaurants nearby.
