Hipnos is a simple and local cafe by the water in the center of Risan. It offers, coffee, pizza, and other types of fast food as well as breakfast, omelet, etc. a good place to have breakfast and enjoy a great view. The bakery (Pekara) in the same building has very good bread, sandwiches, and local food for a very affordable price.

It is beautifully positioned, directly on the Bay, one can almost touch the water. It has good food and lovely coffee, ice cream. The same family also have a bakery next to the Post Office, with delicious bread and pastries and a lot more.
