Known for the owl logo on their labels, Hitachino Nest beers have won numerous international beer competitions and are now available around the world in 50 countries. This Brewing Lab has a bar with about 10 Hitachino beers on tap at any time, and is great for a quick drink when you’re transferring at Tokyo Station. Hitachino makes all styles of beer, from coffee stout to IPA, but they’re known for their refreshing white ale and weissen.
