You'll find some great shorter hikes that are kid friendly in this nearby State Park. There are some great picnic areas among the quite-unique rock formations.

It has colorful sandstone spires, redrock mountains and bright blue skies. It also has some amazing hiking and horseback trails. 29 Miles from the cabin.
