You won't find Cascade Hollow on most maps. Living off the beaten path has its advantages. For instance, the fresh water that runs from Cascade Springs is the very same water that ran over the limestone shelf of the Cumberland Plateau when the distillery was built in 1870. Go tour the distillery and see what makes Cascade Hollow special.
