Highly recommend visiting this amazing & beautiful home of Greenland/Denmark's most famous polar explorer and anthropologist, Knud Johan Victor Rasmussen. Built in 1917, this was where Knud immersed himself in his work away from the hustle and bustle of the capital.

Knud Rasmussen's House is located in a magnificent landscape in Hundested's northwestern outskirts, not far from Spodsbierg lighthouse. From approx. 25,000 m2 of land, there is a clear view of Kattega

Knud Rasmussen's House in Hundested is today a memorial to Denmark's famous polar explorer Knud Rasmussen. This is a chance to experience memories of Knud Rasmussen's scientific expeditions in Greenland

Knud Rasmussen was a Danish polar explorer and anthropologist. His sea cliff home in Hundested is today a museum displaying a unique collection of Inuit artefacts and photos from his Arctic travels.
