Must visit if you are travelling around Cyprus. The ancient city of Kourion dated back to 12th century BCE, was an important ancient city-state on the southwestern coast of Cyprus. After the collapse of the Mycenaean palaces, Greek settlers from Argos arrived on this site.

Ancient amphitheater, ruins, mosaics. Ayios Ermogenis (Saint Ermogenis) church is close, by the beach, fish restaurants are also in the vicinity.
