Lovely walk in the South-downs National park!! Head to the Hare and Hounds pub on stoughton you can park on the road and walk from there. End your walk with a pint 🍺 in a beautiful pub !!

Beautiful walk from West Stoke carpark through Kingley Vale up to the 'Devils Humps' - two burial mounds thought to contain Viking remains. Beautiful views across Chichester Harbour down to the south coast.

Kingley Vale is a short drive away and offers rewarding views across the South Downs after a bit of an uphill hike

Kingley Vale is known for its twisted and ancient yews and includes a grove of veteran trees which are among the oldest living things in Britain. It also has superb chalk grassland and is one of the most important archaeological sites in southern England, with 14 scheduled ancient monuments.

Lovely downland walk to the top and the ancient burial mounds - plenty of ways up and super views at the top. Plenty of great pubs around for a post walk meal
