Not only spectacularly scenic, it also brings you as close as you can to experiencing Henry Flagler’s historic railroad. The bridge, is an engineering marvel of its day. Note the railings are made from the original railroad track. There is a parking lot just before the bridge. There is a stairway that you can take to walk under the new Seven Mile Bridge, you can take the is to walk to the Sunset Grille and Raw Bar and its spectacular vistas of the bridges.

The bridge has been closed for 5 years for repairs, it has recently been re-opened and it is a spectacular place. -- It is a great place to breath fresh salty air, watch pelicans, boats, and more. -- In addition, a great annual natural spectacle, in the spring, Tarpons arrive like clockwork in April-May, and if you walk 5 minutes out on the bridge, when the Tarpons have arrived, you will see them stacked by the 100s, all against the current, hunting. These are large 75-100 lbs monsters, it is a sight to be seen.
