For my taste here is made one of the best carbonara in Rome and the burrata with whipping chicory is a classic. A true Roman trattoria near Piazza Fiume.

Excellent Roman trattoria where you can taste delicious dishes. In the summer months you can eat outside. From home you can walk (about 7-10 minutes). Reservations are recommended. Phone +39 064827061
