Hobbs state park provides outdoor opportunities for biking and hiking. Their indoor facility has an historical timeline of the development of the surrounding area since the 1800’s.

We love biking and hiking in Hobbs. The visitor center is worth stopping at to check out your options, take a bathroom break, or stretch your legs indoors. The staff will be able to recommend hikes. Our personal favorite is the Pigeon Roost trail.

This one is about 35 min scenic drive from the Ohana out to Beaver Lake, but they have great trail running, mountain biking, and hiking options. Very beautiful.

Hobbs is the largest state park in Arkansas. Hop in the car and in 40 minutes you can be at the welcome center. There are miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, wildlife, woods and so much more to explore at Hobbs!
