- Kinsale Museum is an old historic building containing interesting artefacts and information on the long history of this wonderful old town. Local volunteers did a wonderful job of helping to keep this information alive. - CHARLES FORT (dating back to the late 1600's) is located in Summercove and is another interesting visit which should not be missed.

Exellent local museum. Good idea to do one of the many historical walking tours on the same day in order to get a full appreciation of the immense history of Kinsale.
