(fyi, no "h" in Cristina's.) The owner is French, Swiss, Austrian or German. (?) She imports her food (& chops) from home. Delicious, low key, sublime, sophisticated quality in a shack of a house.

Delicious restaurant in Ketchum. The baked breads, pastas, and fresh local ingredients make this a favorite. It's a semi-chic mountain brunch favorite.
