Wow! This food is incredible!! Gordon Jones has featured on the TV show ‘Great British Menu’ and the skills he showcases during his 9 course tasting menu tell you why. Pre booking is essential (and might be extremely booked up). Has consistently been top of Trip Advisor rating for the last 10 years (the time I’ve lived in Bath, might be longer!). A 15 minute walk up the hill in Bear Flat.

Highly sought after for outstanding food. There is no menu, you get a selection of dishes dreamt up by the chef. Most gourmets say this restaurant offers ‘the best food in Bath’. Booking essential.

Menu Gordon Jones Gordon Jones runs a surprise tasting menu from which you will experience contrasting flavours, textures and temperatures with English, Indian and Asian influences. You can also choose to do a wine flight which is chosen to complement each course and ensure you don't have to make any decisions.
